The concept is simple. It allows you the ability to do a 30 MINUTE total body workout set to music using a timed alternating method called a CIRCUIT. A cue tape instructs you when to change stations and to check your heart rate. This circuit method utilizes hydraulic resistance machines combined with aerobic exercise stations which enable you to get the benefits of a 90 minute workout in just 30 minutes!
You get strength, aerobic/cardiovascular & interval training all in one! The atmosphere is relaxed and not intimidating. The 30 minute format is easy to work into your day because it doesn’t require a lot of time.
